CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 UPDATE
Following the update from the Prime Minister, D7Logic is now open for “Stay Away” repairs with no close-contact between you and the technician required. Please read below the precautions we are taking in order to adhere to social distancing, creating a safe environment for you and our staff.
Collection Service (surcharge)
- We will estimate your repair and book this in with you, online or over the phone.
- Our technician will text / call you when they arrive, so that all you have to do is leave the equipment outside your doorstep.
- We will wear masks and gloves when appropriate.
- We will disinfect / wipe over areas we come into contact with.
- Where possible we will operate on a paper-free basis – meaning cashless payment and online invoices.
- We will always maintain a safe two metre distance
- After the repair is complete, we will disinfect your equipment before we hand them back to you. Our technician will text / call you to arrange delivery.
Drop-Off Services
- We will estimate your repair and book this in with you, online or over the phone.
- When you arrive at our Office, there will be clear instructions for your safety and we will always maintain a safe two metre distance.
- We will wear masks and gloves when appropriate.
- We will disinfect / wipe over the areas of your equipment we come into contact with.

- After the repair is complete, we will disinfect your equipment before we hand them back to you.
